Who we Are

Mr.JANARDHAN S REDDY(Managing Partner) has started M/s Kriti Builders and Developers in the year 2023. He completed his Masters’s Degree in Marketing (MBA) in 2006 from Jawharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderbad. He started his career in sales & Marketing for various companies in building material industry, under his leader ship products like Engineered Sand and Promix Plaster sand were introduced into Karnataka Market both the brands are successfully catering construction industry needs.

He Possesses Strong Technical skills and Marketing Knowledge & Experience of 17 Years in Building Material Industry. He has strong motive of providing Quality homes in affordable prices to consumers, He completed few projects as partner in Sanvi Builders and delivered Quality homes on time, not the money but his passion for construction drove him to enter this field and started Kriti Builders and Developers. He explores all the opportunities to full fill the dreams of a common man to own a luxurious homes in affordable prices.
