Mr. Janardhan S Reddy, Managing Partner of Kriti Builders & Developers, holds a Master’s Degree in Sales and Marketing from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. He began his career in Sales and Marketing, working with various companies in the Building Material Industry. Under his leadership, products such as Engineered Sand and Promix Plaster Sand were introduced to the Karnataka market, and both brands continue to successfully serve the construction industry.
With around 17 years of technical expertise in the Building Material Industry, Mr. Reddy has a strong personal commitment to providing quality homes at affordable prices for aspiring homebuyers. Before establishing Kriti Builders & Developers in 2023, he successfully completed several residential projects as a partner at Sanvi Builders, delivering quality homes with timely possession and exceptional value. His passion for construction and dedication to customer satisfaction continue to drive the company forward, ensuring every project reflects quality, trust, and thoughtfully planned homes in prime locations.
